Microsoft .NET - Solutions Architect
Successful candidates will recognise that from their development, architecture and consulting experience that their core skill is the application of technology to solve problems and enable tangible business benefit. A balance of technical expertise and business credibility separates Edenbrook consultants from the one-dimensional skills found in systems integration firms. Architects will have skills designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions gained within highly commercial environments.
Candidates will have demonstrable experience in:
- The design, development and delivery of Enterprise Solution Architectures
- Highly complex solution builds
- Pre-Sales – presentations, demonstrations and simplification
- Managing development streams
- Managing client expectations
- Requirement gathering
Candidates will be considered thought leaders in the application of the following technologies:
- Microsoft Visual Studio .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) (Since Beta)
- Microsoft Servers (Biztalk, SQL, Commerce)
- Relational databases - preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or Oracle 10g
- Java / Oracle Integration
- Object Oriented environments
- Object design patterns
- Rational unified process
- Unified modelling language
Education:
- Candidates will ideally carry a Masters degree (or equivalent) and hold an up-to-date MCSD.NET
